Appointment/ Price Request Form
Please read thoroughly and carefully before proceeding.
1. To request for a price quotation or to make an appointment, ensure all fields in the form is filled accurately and thoroughly. We will not be able to provide an appointment slot or a price quotation if form is incomplete.
2. To make an appointment, fill and submit the required form. We will not be able to provide appointment slots via Verbal, Messages, Facebook messages, Facebook comments, Whatsapp, Wechat, LINE, SMS, MMS, or any other communication methods. Due to the overwhelming numbers of inquiries and messages and calls from all directions, many messages were lost in transit or missed.
3. After the forms are filled, we will contact you within 24-48 hours. Most of our days are spent on the road with limited or no access to the internet. During our grooming sessions or when driving the vehicle, phone calls will not be answered for safety purposes towards our furry clients and other road users. You may leave a message and we will get back to you soonest. If you did not receive a reply or call back, you may call us again multiple times as we may have missed your calls and messages. The DOGmobile apologizes profusely if you have never gotten a response back from us.

Our grooming sessions are conducted one on one with our furry clients, hence our appointments are limited to a maximum of 5 pets a day, or 1 area a day. We may be able to accommodate emergency grooming appointments with less than 1 week given notice but is subjected to availability of slots.
